Saturday Morning Workshops

A Weekend Away

  • Bunch of stuff

  • what's included: all meals and drinks, apron and accommodation. recipes

  • celebrates seasonality,

  • Friday ; canapes and cocktails

  • Dinner

  • Saturday: 3 course menu - smoked trout beef wellington/ beet noir and dried pineapple

  • smoking and curing drying. etc.

  • 3 valleys

  • Dinner and drinks

  • Sunday breakfast
